After the test scenario has been successfully executed, the transition phase to the production environment begins. This page details the critical steps to begin the production journey, ensuring a smooth transition and effective monitoring of initial operations.

1

Validation and Signoff

We internally validate the tests performed by the partner with the departments responsible for the operation in the production environment. After validation, the results are sent to the Commercial Executive to finalize the approval, marking the beginning of the signoff process and the release of the production credentials.

2

Implementation in Production Environment

We execute the procedures previously tested in the homologation environment, such as callbacks, but now focusing on the production environment. This step involves intense communication via email and work groups to ensure that all configurations are successfully replicated in the production environment.

3

Release for Production

The operational team releases the production use, generating the production client ID, which is sent by the Deployment team. This team will also conduct the assisted operation process of the first transactions, for a period of 30 days, ensuring that any potential problems are quickly identified and resolved.

Acompanhamento Quality Assurance

During the first week of operation, BMP will perform constant and synchronized monitoring of operations. We recommend that the tools be used moderately initially, with gradual growth to ensure stability and to adjust any non-conformities without negatively impacting end users.

Dicas para uma Transição Suave

  • Constant Monitoring: Keep technical support staff alert for any signs of unexpected issues.
  • Effective Communication: Ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date on progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Rapid Feedback: Encourage immediate feedback on operations so that processes can be adjusted quickly if necessary.

By following these steps and maintaining close monitoring, the transition to production will be smooth and systems will be ready to fully operate to meet the needs of end users.
